Since moving here two years ago, I have suffered from seasonal allergies. I recently have had a couple friends recommend eating local honey. I have read many non-scientific articles online confirming this natural remedy. I just purchased some honey and am going to see how it works. It is worth a shot, right? If it doesn't work, at least I have some delicious honey!

I have read many non-scientific articles online confirming this natural remedy. I just purchased some honey and am going to see how it works. It is worth a shot, right? If it doesn't work, at least I have some delicious honey!
