Tasty Tuesday: Pork Ribs

My husband loves these ribs. They are one of his favorite meals. These are quick and easy since they cook in the crock pot. Add a potato dish (cheesy potatoes are delicious with these) and a veggie and you've got a hearty meal your family will love.

Not the best picture, but you get the idea.

3 lb pork ribs (I buy the boneless pork ribs since they have more meat and I don't like having to eat ribs with my hands)

1 15-oz can of tomato sauce

1 large onion

2 cloves garlic

2/3 cup of cider vinegar

2/3 cup of brown sugar

2 T of chili powder

1 T prepared mustard

½ t black pepper

Finely chop up the onion and mince the garlic. Place the ribs at the bottom of crock pot. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl, then pour over spareribs. Cook on low for 8 hours. Makes 4 servings.
